Product Replacements/Refunds

Should a replacement be necessary, we will require the product to be returned to us in its original packaging prior to a replacement being sent.
If a refund is required, again we need the product returned in its original packaging prior to any refund being issued. Any refund will be minus the postage costs.


Delivery can take up to 28 days. however we aim to dispatch as soon as possible to the order date.

Product Substitutions

In the event that a product is out of stock, Westdale Nurseries reserves the right to provide a substitute product unless clearly stated otherwise at time of order.
To notify that you do not want a substitute product please let us know by adding a note in the “Order Notes” section at checkout.
