1. Payment
All payments must be made at time of purchase and are made subject to acceptance
by you of the site’s terms and conditions. Fulfilment of the order
is subject to stock availability and acceptance of your order, and the
company is under no obligation to fulfil your order. You can place your
order by telephoning or emailing info@bodywerxonline.com.
Note that for cheque payments the order will be acknowledged and goods
despatched once funds have cleared through the bank. You may also phone
an order through to our order desk on +44 (0)1225 863258. You will be given
an order reference number and the name of the person who has taken the
order. If you experience any ordering difficulties or have any concerns,
please phone or email us. Please ensure you leave the correct contact details.

2. Prices
Prices shown are accurate at a certain date but are subject to change.
Any change will be advised to you where applicable and will be shown on
the web site as soon as possible.
3. Currency
All prices quoted on this web site are in pounds sterling and include VAT
at the current rate. Payments must be made in pounds sterling (credit/debit
card sales will be charged in your local billing currency by your credit
card provider)
4. Shipping/Carriage
Prices shown are for UK mainland only and exclude postage and packaging,
unless otherwise stated.
5. Delivery
Whilst most orders will be processed within 20 days, please allow up to
30 days for delivery from receipt of orders. Some stock items can be sent
by overnight delivery; an additional charge is made for this. Please contact
our office for details. Prices shown are for UK mainland only and exclude

special delivery please contact the office for a quote.
6. Goods Not Available For Shipment
With the best will in the world some goods may not be in stock at the time
you place the order. In the event that we cannot ship your goods within
the time stated, we will contact you to offer you the alternatives or to
provide you with the opportunity to cancel your order.
7. Cancellation and Returns
You have the right to cancel the order within 7 working days. The 7 days
start when the goods are received. If you do cancel we will refund your
money, less the cost of the original postage, within 30 days of receipt
of the returned goods provided that they are not damaged, open or used.
Where product is received in a broken or defective condition please contact
us via e-mail or telephone within 24 hours of receipt. Please note that
we may not accept return of any product unless such return has been agreed
in advance. Any items returned are at the responsibility of the sender
and we would strongly advise you to insure them against loss or damage.
Please ensure that you keep any proof of postage.
8. Refunds
If you feel you have been incorrectly charged for the products you have
ordered, or that your delivery is different to your original order (except
where it has been agreed in advance by both the company and the customer)
please contact us via e-mail or phone. All refunds will be made within
10 working days from the return of goods in full but excluding any postage
or packaging costs.
9. Complaints
Should you feel the need to make a complaint about the services or products
provided by our company or in the efficiency with which your order has
been handled please contact us via email or phone. Such matters will be
acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt and we aim to resolve your complaints
as quickly as possible. Such matters will be treated in the strictest confidence
and you will be kept informed of the progress of the complaint if it relates
to a third party, ie couriers. In the event that goods ordered by you have
not been received within 30 working days please contact us via the instructions
stated earlier.
10. Damage in Transit
Sometimes, though rarely, goods get damaged in transit. If this happens
with your shipment please advise us within 48 hours. However, since we
never knowingly ship damaged goods, we need your help to try to recover
our costs from the carrier wherever possible. If you do receive damaged
goods please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim
can be made against the carrier’s insurers. If you receive a battered
parcel note the fact on the delivery note even before you open the package
to examine the contents. If you are unable to open the damaged package
in the presence of the carrier make sure that you sign for it as 'Damaged
package, goods not yet inspected' or similar to warn the carrier that a
claim may be forthcoming. Whatever the circumstances please contact us
by email or phone with as much detail of the loss or damage as possible,
so that we can arrange a replacement. Please DO NOT return damaged goods
unless and until requested to do so as this may incur additional costs
unnecessarily.
11. Disclaimer
We promise that all goods you purchase will be of satisfactory quality.
To the extent permissible by law we exclude all other express or implied
terms, conditions, warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever
with regard to the products, our web site or any information or service
provided though our web site. We shall use our reasonable endeavours to
ensure that all materials and information published on our web site is
accurate. However, you accept that no warranty is given by the company
in this respect and that you will make your own enquiries where appropriate.
In relation to the purchase of goods, we accept no liability for indirect
or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit or revenue
or business (whether direct or indirect), however caused even if foreseeable.
In circumstances where you suffer loss or damage arising out of or in connection
with the viewing, or use of our web site or its contents or other as a
direct result of purchasing goods, we accept no liability for this loss
or damage whether due to inaccuracy, error, omission or any other cause
whether on the part of the Company or our servants, agents or any other

Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal
injury caused by the negligence of the Company or its employees or any
damage caused by a defective product without the means of the Consumer
Protection Act 1987.

These terms and conditions are subject to English law and the parties hereby
submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts. None of these terms and
conditions affects your statutory rights as a customer.
13. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. When you place an order we
need to collect certain information in order to process your order, ie
your name, address, contact telephone number, email address and credit/debit
card details. The information is sent to us via an SSL encrypted server.
This information will form part of a permanent record of your dealings
with Supply Lines Limited . We will not e-mail you in the future unless
you have given us your consent. We do not sell, trade or rent out your
personal information to any 3rd parties and we do not use cookies within
our web site.

The purchase area of our web site is secure. This means that we utilise
industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the
encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name and address
and critically sensitive information such as your credit card details.
